Players from both sides can use specific Lands to summon/breed new NFTs.

• For Aven Cats, it's the Temple of Mystery

• for Alien Chics, it's the Dark Cave

This method involves a slower process of temporarily locking NFTs within the lands and requires fees in $AVEX, distributed to the owner of the corresponding Land NFT.
