To summon or breed new NFTs, players need a special type of NFT:
Magic Aven Cat NFT for Aven Cats
Lord Alien Chic NFT for Alien Chics
AVEX/ALIX or uAVEX/uALIX respectively.

Leveraging Lands to Summon/Breed NFTs
Players from both sides can use specific Lands to summon/breed new NFTs.
For Aven Cats, it's the Temple of Mystery
for Alien Chics, it's the Dark Cave
This method involves a slower process of temporarily locking NFTs within the lands and requires fees in $AVEX, distributed to the owner of the corresponding Land NFT.
