The financial mechanisms and interdependence between Infinity Stones and DAO Treasuries establish a robust and sustainable financial infrastructure, entirely managed and upheld by the community. Think of the Treasury as a state treasury, accumulating tax revenue (tokens) derived from NFT activities on each planet.

DAO Treasury Functions

  1. Community Fund Repository:

The DAO Treasuries play a crucial role as repositories for various funds, sustaining the ecosystem through the collection of fees and taxes. Key contributions to the Treasuries include:

  • Tax from the usage of Lands for Evolving NFTs

  • Tax from Users using Lands for Summoning/Breeding NFTs

  • Fees from reviving dead NFTs

  1. Battle Rewards:

The victorious side takes the full bet from the losing faction. A portion goes to the DAO Treasury, while the remainder is distributed evenly among all players according to their NFT stake ratio and duration. The winning side's bet is then returned to the DAO Treasury.

  1. Staking Rewards Distribution:

DAO Treasuries facilitate the distribution of yield rewards for staked tokens.

The token amount collected by the DAO Treasury is automatically allocated to 5 pools as follows:

DAO Treasury Level

Once the token amount in the Burn Pool of the DAO Treasury hits a specific threshold, the DAO Treasury qualifies for a level upgrade. At this juncture, any player has the opportunity to take action and boost the DAO Treasury level.

Upon leveling up, the DAO Treasury will burn the entire token amount in the Burn Pool. This level increase brings about the following enhancements:

  • Raised limits for the max level of NFTs

  • Increased maximum quantity of NFTs per planet

  • Expanded allowance for the number of NFTs in a battle

  • Elevated max level for Evolve and Summon/Breed Land
