Serving as the grounds for NFT evolving and summons, there are four types for each party. Players can utilize these lands by paying fees in AVEX or ALIX tokens, and a portion of these fees contributes to the DAO Treasuries as tax. Apart from their functional aspect, these lands are NFTs tradable among players, generating passive income for owners through the revenue generated by others using them.
Phisolopher Land: Aven Cats utilize this ground to evolve their Aven Cat NFTs.
Cursed Fountain: Alien Chics use this space to evolve their Alien Chic NFTs.
Temple of Mystery: Aven Cats summon new NFT heroes through this ground.
Dark Cave: Alien Chics breed new NFT villains in this area.
Each type of Land NFT will belong to one of two collections: the Evolve Land Collection and the Summon/Breed Land Collection. Thus, each planet will have two distinct collections for its Land NFTs.

Timelock buff
When evolving the NFT, user can choose one of four packages.
Each package has different slots, time locks, buff factors, and price parameters. The higher the price of the package, the more beneficial the remaining indicators are.
Slot is the maximum number of NFTs that can evolve at the same time.
Timelock is the time required for an NFT to be locked onto land to complete the evolution process.
Buff factor is a multiplier to the Land for PRT buff, LIP buff, and CHO buffs
In addition, after the evolution, users receive rewards based on the value of the package.

Initially, Land NFTs will be owned by the Foundation. Generated revenue will have a portion taxed for the DAO, and the remaining profit will be distributed to the Foundation as profit.
Once Land NFTs are owned by individual players, the players will receive revenue from the Land NFT and allocate a portion as tax to the DAO Treasury.
The level of a Land NFT sets the maximum level of NFTs it can host.
Players can increase the level by using Land Items.
The Land level cannot surpass their current DAO level.
The maximum NFT level allowed in a Land equals the maximum NFT level achievable by the DAO at the same level. (Further information on this will soon be updated in the section)
